摘　　要：阐述了基于 MS Windows NT系统的校园网如何实现 Internet访问控制、流量控制和计费、不良站点监控及用户动态管理的解决办法 .This paper gives solutions to implementing the accessing control of Internet,the control and accounting of network flow,the monitoring of badness network stations,and the dynamic management of user accounts of the systems based on MS Windows NT.The involved issue of the paper is just one of the main problems in network management.
