摘　　要：结合吉林省的实际，讨论了省级城市灾害信息系统设计与建立的基本方法．分析了省域内的主要城市灾害类型及其孕育环境，提出了吉林省城市灾害管理信息系统的概念设计，指出了相应的省级信息系统的组成和一般功能．讨论了系统所应用的城市灾害综合分析模型的一般特点与作用，以及便于用户进行交流的用户界面设计问题．The paper discusses a basic framework and methodology for designing and building urban ha-zard information system on provincial scale. Firstly analyze the main tyPes of urban hazards and their original environment in the province, and propose a general components and function of the system on the provincial scale, presenting the conceptual design of urban hazard information system of Jilin province. At the last part some discussion is given on problems of integrated analytical modeling by means of the system and user interiace design.
