摘　　要：ＰＳＤ３１１ 可编程单片机通用外围接口芯片用于微机电流保护装置中，代替以往加在单片机外部的程序存储器、数据存储器、地址锁存器、ＰＬＤ、Ｉ／Ｏ 扩展电路等，减小模板空间、降低了功耗和成本，简化了电路设计，使电流保护具有较高的可靠性。The PSD311 single chip computer with programming available adopts itself with outer round interfacing chip which functions as current protection device in a microcomputer, and substitutes the outerside EPROM, RAM, address latcher and PLD,L/O extension circuits, etc, so that the mould board can be decreased in size, lowering the power consumption and the cost, simplifying the designing circuits. Therefore, the current protection is more reliable.
