高校体育教学对大学生社交焦虑的影响

摘　　要：为探讨通过体育教学对改善大学生社交焦虑的效果影响,对262名大学生采用具体的体育教学实验进行10周的有针对性的干预教学,并对实验前后的大学生人际关系综合诊断表、交往焦虑量表、交流恐惧自陈量表进行测试。结果显示:通过体育教学实验后,对照组和实验组在人际关系综合诊断、交往焦虑、交流恐惧三个量表方面的均值均出现了下降,在交往焦虑上存在显著性差异;实验组学生通过实验干预后在交流恐惧方面前后测出现了改善;实验组男女生在人际关系综合表现、交往焦虑、交流恐惧三个方面前测不存在差异,但在实验干预后,男女生在人际关系综合表现方面出现了显著性差异,女生明显好于男生。The P. E. teaching experiment has been conducted with 262 university students for 10 weeks and they have received the tests of comprehensive social relation diagnosis, social anxiety and social fear. The research shows that after the P. E. teaching, the average scores of the tests of comprehensive social relation diagnosis, social anxiety and social fear of the comparative group and the experiment group have dropped and there is significant differences in the social anxiety. There is improvement in the social fear of the experiment group. There is no difference in terms of comprehensive social relation, social anxiety and social fear for the experiment group of boys and girls but there is significant change of the comprehensive social relation of the boys and girls, in which girls perform better than boys.
