摘　　要：种植体周围炎会造成种植体周围骨组织丧失,甚至可能导致种植体松动脱落,是种植失败的重要因素。其常见的病因包括细菌感染、不良修复设计、咬合创伤等,并受邻牙牙周和根尖周状况、手术技术及全身健康状况的影响。本文从种植体适应症的选择、种植手术、种植体修复和术后维护4个方面就如何预防种植体周围炎进行综述。Peri-implantitis can cause the loss of bone tissue around implants,and it even results in the implant loosing off or falling.It is the important factor for the failure of implantation.Its common causes are bacterial infection,bad design of repair and traumatic occlusion,etc.,and the periodontal and periapical status of adjacent teeth,operative techniques and overall health status are all of the influencing factors.This article makes an overview of the prevention agaist peri-implantitis from 4 dimensions including the choice of peri-implantitis indications,implant operation,implant restoration and maintenance after operation.
