摘　　要：介绍了建立医患沟通信息服务平台的意义、平台系统的构成和主要功能、平台的科学性和创新性。该平台畅通了医患沟通渠道,拓宽了服务范畴,提升了服务水平,具有广阔的推广和发展前景。The significance of the establishment of platform,the structure and the main functions of the platform system,and the scientific and innovative of the platform are introduced.The platform expedites the doctor-patient communication channels,widens the service category,and promotes the service level.Therefore,it has the broad application and development prospect.
