中小企业创业阶段的合作问题及对策探讨

摘　　要：中小企业创业要想获得成功,合作是必然的途径。根据中小企业的特点,创业中常出现并直接关系到中小企业创业成败的合作问题大致分为两类:内部合作问题和外部合作问题。内部合作问题有创业初期与合伙人的合作,创业中与员工的合作。外部合作问题有创业中与职业顾问的合作,与政府的合作。本文对这些问题进行了详细分析,并提出了相应的防范措施和解决方法,希望能为中小企业的创业提供有用信息,使中小企业在创业的路上走得更平稳。The business founding of small and medium enterprises requires cooperation. Cooperation can not always be smooth and there will be some problems, which may directly influence the business founding of the enterprise. According to the characteristics of SMES, the frequently-appearing and influential issues in the business founding can be divided into two categories： internal cooperation issues and external cooperation issues. In internal cooperation issues, there are the cooperation with partners and that with employees; external cooperation issues cover the cooperation with career counselors and that with the government. The essay has a detailed analysis on the questions and brings up corresponding guarding measures and solutions, hoping to provide useful information to SMES so that they can have better development.
