摘　　要：通过对南通市７２例学龄前儿童发铅的测定及相关因素进行的分析发现，儿童发铅水平为１０．５±２．０μｇ／ｇ，铅吸收异常者达４４．４％，发铅值与发锌值之间呈负相关；玩涂漆玩具和户外活动是儿童发铅的相关因素。研究提示应注重对玩具的卫生监督和户外活动的卫生要求。To study the lead level in hairs and its nelated factors, 72 speimens of hairs in Nangtong pre-school agedchildren were collected and analysed. The children's lead level in hair was 10.5±20μg/g. Those whese level wereabove normal standard accounted for 44.4%, and the lead cocentration in hair had a passive relationship with zinc concentration. The results showed that painted toys and spending more time outdoors were related factors with the leadlevel in hair. The study suggested that attention should be paid to the more monitoring of toy and playing conditioxs.
