高考生考试焦虑状况调查分析

摘　　要：考试焦虑直接影响考生的正常发挥和身心健康水平,对考试焦虑的干预是学校心理健康教育工作的重要内容。本研究采用考试焦虑自我检测表对488名高三学生进行问卷调查,结果表明,不同性别、家庭来源和文理科的高考生考试焦虑的来源及水平有所不同,要有针对性地对高考生的考试焦虑给予相应的干预和辅导。Test anxiety directly affect high examinees＇ normal exertion,and the physical and mental health level,the test anxiety intervention is the important content for the mental-health-education work.In the study,488 senior students were assessed with SRITA.The result show that sex,family origin,art and science have certain influence to the senior students＇ test anxiety,the intervention and coaching to the high examinees＇ test anxiety should be given pertinently.
