摘　　要：新建地方本科院校作为教学型院校,其培养的是应用型专业人才,因此构建应用型人才培养质量体系具有重要的意义,新建本科院校构建应用型人才培养质量保障体系,学校办学定位是前提、应用型人才培养方案的是基础、以人才培养模式的改革是核心、完善的组织管理和监控制度是保证。New local undergraduate universities,as the teaching-oriented institutions,are to train application-oriented professionals,so it is important to build quality system of the application-oriented professionals training.The prerequisite of the construction of quality assurance system of application-oriented personnel training is school education positioning,the basis is training program of application-oriented,the core is the reform of training model,and the guarantee is the perfect organization management and monitoring system.
