摘　　要：目的:进一步完善移植肾穿刺病理标本染色技术,提高染色质量。方法:对71例移植肾穿刺病理标本染色方法、染色步骤进行总结。结果:71例移植肾病理标本的免疫荧光染色、光镜染色结果能够满足病理诊断要求。结论:我中心采用的染色方法稳定,染色效果较好,为医生做出正确诊断提供可靠保障。Objective To perfect histopathological specimen staining methods of grafted renal biopsy. Method The specimen staini ng methods of grafted renal biopsy of 71 patients in our center who suffered fro m graft dysfunction after kidney transplantation were summarized. Results The 71 light microscope and immun ofluorescence examination specimens of grafted renal biopsy were up to sample cl inic diagnosis.Conclusion Our center has a stable staining method and exactly ensures the diagnostician ma de correct diagnoses.
