微创8字缝合埋线法矫正乳头内陷23例体会

摘　　要：目的：介绍一种矫治乳头内陷的微创手术方法.方法：采用＂8＂字走向缝合埋线法强化对凹陷乳头基底的支撑,术后辅以持续牵引2-3周,促进乳头突出固定.结果：治疗23例患者,46个乳头,术后切口均一期愈合,无乳头血运障碍.随访6～12个月,切口瘢痕不明显,外形满意无复发.结论：本法矫正轻、中度乳头内陷,具有切口小、恢复快、疗效确切、不易复发等特点,适合基层医院推广的一种较好方法.Objective：To introduce a minimally invasive method to correct the inverted nipple. Methods： Use ＂8＂ suture embedding method to strengthen the base of the nipple depression support,supplemented by continued traction for 2--3 weeks after surgery to promote the prominent nipple fixed. Results： 23 patients,46 nipples, after the incision healed,no nipple blood circulation disorder. Followed up for 6 to 12 months,Incision scar is not obvious,appearance satisfaction without recurrence. Conclusion：This correction of mild to moderate nipple retraction, with a small incision, quicker recovery, effective,less recurrence, etc. , suitable for primary hospitals a better way.
