联合检测胃液中腺癌相关抗原TAG- 72及癌胚抗原对胃癌诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的：检测胃液中的癌相关抗原以诊断及筛查胃癌患者。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附实验（ＥＬＩＳＡ），以泛腺癌相关抗原ＴＡＧ－ ７２ 的单抗Ｂ７２．３ 及ＣＥＡ单抗为一抗，检测３９ 例胃癌患者、２例可疑癌变及１７ 例其它胃良性病变患者的胃液，对结果进行定性分析。结果：胃癌阳性率８９．７４％ ，特异度７６．４７％ ，准确度８２．７１％ 。结论：联合检测上述两个肿瘤标志比只检测其中一个肿瘤标志。Objective:The aim was to sereen cases,then to diagnose gastric cancer by detecting tumor markers in gastric juice.Methods:A new ELISA was developed and it could diagnose gastric cancer.Two monoclonal antibodies against TAG 72 and CEA were used to detect tumor markers in gastric juice of 39 cases with gastric cancer,2 doubtful gastric cancer and 17 benign gastric diseases.The results were qualitatively analyzed.Results:The positive rate of gastric cancer was 89.74%,the specificity was 76.47% and the grade agreement was 82.14%.Conclusion:The detecting cancer by combination of two antibodies yields higher positive rates than that by single antibody.
