摘　　要：民营老板＂金蝉脱壳＂、商业银行＂转嫁风险＂——冲击＂世界500强＂的梦想使得中冶集团在唐山＂被导演＂了一场始乱终弃。In September of 2007,state-owned China Metallurgical Group(MCC) purchased the then indebt private enterprise,Tangshan Hengtong,from main creditor Minsheng Bank with the hopes to increase its own cold rolling and electroplated steel products and related techniques.However due to the poor management of MCC,the newly reorganized MCC Hengtong has come to face possible financial losses of up to RMB 4.6 billion. The search to find someone to take responsibility for the losses has been difficult,as over the past 4 years MCC has changed chairmen three times.A former employee from Hetong's HR department also questions what happened,'4.6 billion in losses over 4 years? Do you think I don't know what is going on? What was your company doing,just throwing money away?'
