摘　　要：目的　探讨抗角蛋白自身抗体 (AKautoAb)对培养人舌鳞癌细胞表达表皮生长因子受体 (EGFR)的作用。方法　用不同浓度AKautoAb作用于培养人舌鳞癌细胞后 ,用免疫组化方法 ,测鳞癌细胞表达EGFR的变化 ,并做图像分析。结果　研究发现AKautoAb对鳞癌细胞EGFR的表达有抑制作用 ,并呈浓度依赖性 ,经统计学检验显示有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 1 )。Objective To investigate the role of antikeratin autoantibody(AK auto Ab)on the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in cultured human squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)lines.Methods The AK auto Ab acted on SCC lines. The expression of EGFR was detected by immunohistochemical staining and image analysis.Results From AK auto Ab could inhibit the cultured human SCC lines from expressing EGFR, in a titer-dependent manner,with significant difference( P <0.01).Conclusions AK auto Ab can inhibit the cultured human SCC lines from expressing EGFR.
