摘　　要：目的:探讨血清甲状腺激素在乳腺良恶性疾病中的表达水平及临床意义。方法:应用电化学发光法检测乳腺癌、乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺增生症患者和正常对照组血清甲状腺激素(T3、FT3、T4、FT4)水平。结果:TT3、TT4和FT4在乳腺癌组、乳腺纤维腺瘤组、乳腺增生症组与正常对照组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。FT3在4组表达中有显著性差异(P<0.001),乳腺癌组、乳腺纤维腺瘤组和乳腺增生症组血清FT3水平均显著高于正常对照组,分别为7.40±0.76 pg/mL(P<0.001),6.32±3.39 pg/mL(P<0.001)和8.60±1.03 pg/mL(P<0.001),正常对照组为2.75±0.50 pg/mL。FT3水平在乳腺癌与乳腺纤维腺瘤比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:甲状腺激素是乳腺良恶性疾病形成的重要因素,但在乳腺癌的形成过程中不起决定性作用;术后可以将FT3水平作为预测乳腺癌复发的指标之一。Objective：To observe the expression and significance of thyroid hormone in nonmaglinant-maglinant breast disease.Methods：The expression of thyroid hormone（T3,FT3,T4,FT4） was assayed by electrochemiluminescence in breast cancer,breast fibroadenoma,breast hyperplasia and normal subjects.Results：The expression of T3,T4 and FT4 is nonsense between breast cancer,breast fibroadenoma,breast hyperplasia and normal subject（P〈0.05）.The expression of FT3 is significantly different（P〈0.001）,expression of FT3 is significantly higher in breast cancer,breast fibroadenoma,breast hyperplasia than in that normal subjects,is 7.40±0.76 pg/mL（P〈0.001）,6.32±3.39 pg/mL（P〈0.001）and 8.60±1.03 pg/mL（P〈0.001）,normal subjects is 2.75±0.50 pg/mL.Conclusion：Thyroid hormone play an important role in breast diseases development,but nor critical effect in breast cancer,FT3 can be as an index to evaluate breast cancer recurrence.
