生长抑素基因疫苗对肉用鸡生产性能、屠宰性能及肌肉品质的影响

摘　　要：将28日龄150只肉用鸡随机分为5个组,每组30只,A、B、C组口服生长抑素基因疫苗,剂量分别为8×109、4×109、1×109cfu.只-1,D组口服生理盐水,E组口服减毒沙门氏菌CS022,作为对照组,2周后加强免疫1次,分析以减毒沙门氏菌为载体的生长抑素基因疫苗对肉用鸡生长性能、屠宰性能及肌肉品质的影响。结果表明:以减毒沙门氏菌为载体的pcS/2SS基因疫苗口服免疫肉用鸡后,与对照D、E组相比,C组日增重分别提高10.7%和9.48%(P<0.05),A、B组日增重与对照组差异不显著。C组饲料转化率分别提高10.93%和15.41%(P<0.05)。C组屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率有所提高,胸肌率显著高于其余各组(P<0.05),而腹脂率较低,与D组相比,降低27.46%(P<0.05)。在肌肉品质方面,各组间差异不明显。由此可见,以减毒沙门氏菌为载体的pcS/2SS口服基因疫苗能促进肉鸡生长,改善肉鸡饲料转化率,提高肉鸡屠宰性能,其中以1×109cfu.只-1剂量效果较好。A total of 150 broilers at 28-day-old were randomly divided into 5 groups.Group A,B and C were immunized orally with the somatostatin（SS） gene vaccine at three dosage levels（8×109,4×109,1×109 cfu per broiler） and boosted two weeks later in the same dosages.Animals in group D received normal saline and served as a normal control,while group E was given attenuated Salmonella CS022 and served as a negative control.The effects of oral pcS/2SS gene vaccine on growth,slaughter performance and meat quality were studied.The results showed that,after immunization of pcS/2SS gene vaccine using attenuated Salmonella CS022 as a carrier,compared with the control（groups D and E）,the average daily gain（ADG） of group C increased by 10.68% and 9.48%（P0.05）,respectively.The feed conversion rate（FCR） of group C increased by 10.93% and 15.41%（P0.05）,respectively.Dressing percentage,half eviscerated rate and eviscerated rate of group C were also improved.The breast muscle rate of group C was higher than that of the other groups（P0.05）.The rate of abdominal fat of group C decreased by 27.46 %,compared with that of the normal control group D（P0.05）.The effects of gene vaccine on meat quality showed no difference between the experimental group and the control groups.In summary,the oral SS gene vaccine using attenuated Salmonella CS022 as a carrier can promote the growth and slaughter performance of broilers,with the best effect at the dose of 1×109 cfu.
