女贞子营养成分分析

摘　　要：应用原子吸收分光光度计和氨基酸自动分析仪等对中药女贞子的营养成分进行分析,以便更好地开发利用女贞子药用植物资源。结果表明:女贞子中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、无氮浸出物、粗纤维含量分别为80.3、122.3、510.6、207.9 g.kg-1;含有11种人体所需的矿物元素,含量由高到低依次为K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Na、Zn、Cu、Sr、Mn、Cr、Se;至少含有17种氨基酸,总量为58 mg.g-1,其中7种为必需氨基酸,总量为21.6 mg.g-1,具有特殊药理作用的谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸等含量丰富。Instruments such as atomic absorption spectrometry,automatic analysis instrument of amino acid,etc,were applied to determine the nutritional components of the Ligustrum lucidum fruit.The aim of the study was to develop and-utilize-preferably the medicinal plant-resource-of Ligustrum lucidum fruit.The results showed that： crude protein,crude fat,nitrogen free extract and crude fiber in Ligustrum lucidum fruit were 80.3,122.3,510.6 and 207.9 g·kg-1,-respectively-.11 mineral elements needed in human body were contained with the content order： K,Ca,Mg,Fe,Na,Zn,Cu,Sr,Mn,Cr,Se.There were at least 17 amino acids in ligustrum lucidum fruit with total content of 58 mg·g-1 and seven of them were essential amino acids with total content of 21.6 mg·g-1.In addition,the contents of other amino acids with specific pharmacological effects such as glutamic acid and aspartic acid were also rich in the fruit.
