实习前护理大专生社交焦虑与成人依恋类型的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨实习前护理大专生社交焦虑与成人依恋类型的关系。方法采用Liebowitz社交焦虑量表、亲密关系体验问卷对164名实习前护理大专生进行问卷调查。结果 164名护理大专生社交焦虑阳性筛查率为40.24%,Liebowitz社交焦虑量表总分≥38分。社交焦虑阳性组与对照组在依恋安全和不安全类型分布上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),OR值为2.14。不同依恋类型在焦虑分量表得分、回避分量表得分和Liebowitz社交焦虑量表总分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理大专生社交焦虑问题较突出,不安全型依恋是影响社交焦虑的重要因素。成人依恋恐惧型对护理大专生社交焦虑的情绪、行为影响最大。Objective To investigate the relationship between social anxiety and adult attachment styles of junior college nursing students. Methods A total of 164 junior college nursing students were investigated with Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale（LSAS） and Experiences in Close Relationships - Revised（ ECR - R）. Results There are 66（40.24% ） junior college nursing students with the social anxiety and the LSAS total score was ≥38 points. The LSAS positive and control group had significant differences in secure and insecure attachment styles（ P 〈 0.05 ） , OR was 2.14. There were significant differences in the anxiety dimension score, avoidance dimension score and LSAS total score among students with different types of attachment styles（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Social anxiety is a prominent problem in junior college nursing students. Insecure attachment style is the important factor of influencing social anxiety. Adult attachment style has the most significant influence on the emotional and behavioral aspects of social anxiety.
