摘 要:目的:探讨婴幼儿特发性癫痫的智能水平及治疗对其智能发育的影响。方法:研究对象:经武汉市儿童医院神经内科确诊的婴幼儿特发性癫痫32例。对照组:随机抽取我院体检的正常儿童40例。方法:以北京儿保所修订的Gesell智力筛查量表做智力测试,算出发育商数值。癫痫组经正规抗癫痫治疗半年后复查发育商,半年后对照组电话联系来我院查发育商。统计方法:应用SPSS12.0进行两组均数间比较t检验。结果:特发性癫痫组患儿在适应性,大运动,精细运动,语言,个人社会行为等五大能区发育水平均较对照组低。但语言,大运动与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)适应性,精细运动,个人社会行为方面与对照组具有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后五大能区发育水平均有提高,在适应性,大运动,语言,个人社会行为能区发育水平均与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。精细运动发育水平与对照组具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:抗癫痫治疗可显著提高癫痫患儿智能发育水平。婴幼儿特发性癫痫患儿抗癫痫治疗后仅精细运动落后。Objective:To investigate the infants with idiopathic epilepsy therapy intelligence and methods of their intelligence development study:The Department of Neurology,Children’s Hospital,Wuhan infants diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy in 32 cases.Control group:hospital examination of randomly selected normal children 40.Methods:Beijing child protection as amended by the Gesell screening scale intelligence do intelligence tests,calculate the development of commercial value.Epilepsy group after six months after the formal review and development of antiepileptic treatment providers,telephone contact control group after six months to check the development of hospital providers.Statistical Methods:SPSS12.0.Between the two groups were compared for t-test.Results:In children with idiopathic epilepsy group in adaptive,gross motor,fine motor,language,social behavior and other personal development of the five levels of the energy region lower than in the control group.However,language,gross motor and the control group no significant difference (P0.05) adaptability,fine motor,personal social behavior and the control group with significant difference (P0.05).After treatment,five area development can increase in the level of adaptive,gross motor,language,social behavior to individual development of the water district average and the control group no significant difference (P0.05).Fine motor development levels were significant differences (P0.05).Conclusion:Antiepileptic treatment can significantly improve the level of intellectual development in children with epilepsy.Infants with idiopathic epilepsy treatment in children with epilepsy only fine motor behind.
