摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训不仅是培养医学人才、提高医师队伍素质及医疗质量的重要措施,而且是继续医学教育的重要起始阶段。妇产科学作为临床医学的二级学科,既具备了所有外科的普遍特点,又有自身的专科特点。本文对西京医院妇产科近年来住院医师规范化培训工作进行了总结与探讨。Standardized cultivation for residents is not only an important measure of medical training and medical quality promotion but also an important start step of continue medical education.As a secondary clinical discipline,Obstetrics Gynecology has the common features of all the surgery,and at the same time have their own specialized features.In this article,we summarize and explore the work of our standardized cultivation for Obstetrics Gynecology residents in Xijing Hospital in recent years.
