超声误诊乳腺纤维腺瘤1例

摘　　要：1.病例报告 患者,女,38岁,主因左乳腺包块1a,加重1个月于我院检查.该患1a前于洗澡中无意间发现左乳腺包块,无明显疼痛.曾于外院检查并诊断＂左乳腺肿物-建议复查＂,1个月前该患自觉左乳腺包块增大,故来我院就诊.查体：左乳外上象限可触及大小约2.5cm ×1.0cm肿物,边界欠规整,活动欠佳,给予超声检查.超声显示：左乳腺约3点钟处可见大小2.6cm ×0.8cm低回声,内部回声欠均,边界不规整,呈蟹足样改变,无完整包膜,后方回声减低,CDFI：内部血流信号较丰富.超声提示：左乳腺占位病变（考虑Ca）.该患入院行手术治疗,术中快速病理回报：左乳腺纤维腺瘤.术后病理回报与快速病理相符.Objective：Investigate the role of three-dimensional CT angiography in the surgical resection of dural arteriovenous fistula.Methods：16 patients with DAVF,including 1 recuurence paticents anf 6 unsuccessful endovascular treatment patients,were treated by craniotomy,and each patient underwent CTA eaxm after DSA exam before operation.CTA shows the anatomy characteristics of DAVF.Approaches differ from transfrontal method to transpetrion method and suboccipital method according to different location of DAVF.Results：All patients were fully recoverd with the resection of fistula according to the follow-up DSA,no photography demonstration any more.And 6 month follow-up showed no recurrence.Conclusion：With the satisfactory effect,it＇s one useful method for the opeative treatment of DAVF with the help of CTA.
