民族传统体育竞技化起源与发展探析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较研究法、专家访谈法等研究方法,以竞争心理的演变为独特的视角分析民族传统体育竞技化的起源,并对中西方民族传统体育的现状以及差异性做出综合概述。在此基础上融合人的心身发展需要,提出我国民族传统体育应在保持其竞技性的基础上,朝着社会化、市场化等多元化方向发展,融入西方竞技体育时代元素,借鉴其理念精华,存旧立新、与时俱进,使我国民族传统体育发展走向新的台阶。The literature and data,logical analysis,comparative studies,expert interviews and other research methods,competitive psychological analysis of the evolution of a unique visual traditional sports competition of national origin,and the status of Western and traditional sports differences make a comprehensive overview.On this basis,the physical and mental development requires the integration of people and put forward our national traditional sports should be maintained on the basis of its competitive nature,toward the social,market-oriented multiple directions,sports into the era of Western elements to learn from their ideas essence,establishing a new deposit old times,so that our national tradition of sports development to new heights.
