摘　　要：借鉴国际、国内留学生招生的发展模式和方法,创造性地提出辽宁高校招收留学生策略的宏观政策和微观措施,为提高辽宁省高校的竞争实力,为推进辽宁对外汉语的可持续发展,提高辽宁省的软实力尽绵薄之力。As everybody knows, there is no large number of international students, there will be no international student education. Universities in Liaoning Province are very willing to recrnit international students. The paper analyzes the status of international students in Liaoning Province in detail, drawing on international and domestic student enrollment. Some measures are proposed to recruit students in Liaoning Province for improving the competitiveness of provincial universities. It can also promote the sustainable development of foreign language in Liaoning and enhance the soft power of Liaoning Province.
