摘　　要：价值理念是森林法修改时必须考虑的核心问题,它决定了森林法所要促进的价值以及价值实现的立法选择。伦理观的更新是森林法价值理念变迁与发展的价值先导。我国历次森林法的价值理念均是建立在人类中心主义的伦理基础上。可持续发展环境伦理观的确立为森林法提供了新的价值导向,森林法价值理念要实现历史性转变并进而统领森林法的修改。The value idea is the core issue that must be considered when the forestry law is amended.It decides the value that the forestry law shall promote and decides the legislative choices for the realization of the value.The renewal of ethics is the guide to value for the change and development of the value idea of forestry law.The value idea of the previous forestry laws in China are all based on the ethic of anthropocentrism.The establishment of the environmental ethic of the sustainable development provides the forestry law with new guide to value.The value idea of forestry law in China should realize the historical shift and then guide the amendment of the forestry law.
