摘  要:目的探讨胃癌组织中分化抑制因子1(Inhibitor of DNA binding/differentiation1,ID1)和血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达与微血管密度(Microvessel density,MVD)的相关性。方法采用免疫组化定性分析ID1、VEGF和CD34在胃癌及癌旁非癌组织中的表达及MVD,Western blot半定量分析ID1和VEGF蛋白在胃癌及癌旁非癌组织中的表达。结果胃癌组织中ID1和VEGF的表达及MVD明显高于癌旁非癌组织,且差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);ID1表达阳性的胃癌组织的MVD明显高于ID1表达阴性的胃癌组织,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论胃癌组织中ID1的表达与VEGF和MVD具有相关性,ID1可能具有促进胃癌血管生成的作用。Objective To investigate the relationship of expressions of inhibitor of DNA binding / differentiation 1(ID1) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in gastric cancer tissue to microvessel density(MVD).Methods The expressions of ID1,VEGF and CD34 in gastric cancer tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the tumor as well as MVD were analyzed by immunohistochemical assay.The expression levels of ID1 and VEGF in gastric cancer tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the tumor were determined by Western blot.Results The ID1,VEGF and MVD levels were significantly higher in gastric cancer tissue than in normal tissues adjacent to the tumor(P〈0.05).The MVD level in ID1-positive gastric cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in ID1-negative gastric cancer tissue(P 〈0.001).Conclusion The expression level of ID1 in gastric cancer tissue was related to VEGF and MVD,and ID1 might promoted the angiogenesis of gastric cancer.
