摘　　要：目的探讨AQP1和AQP8在子宫颈癌中的表达及意义。方法通过荧光定量PCR和免疫荧光检测AQP1和AQP8在人子宫颈癌细胞系SiHa中的表达,通过免疫组化检测AQP1和AQP8在35例维吾尔族子宫颈癌、15例CIN3和15例慢性子宫颈炎中的表达。结果 (1)SiHa细胞中AQP1和AQP8在mRNA和蛋白水平均表达;(2)AQP1在慢性子宫颈炎、CIN3和子宫颈癌组的微血管密度(MVD)分别是43.6±17.8、56.2±11.6、70.8±21.1,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AQP8在慢性子宫颈炎、CIN3和子宫颈癌组的阳性率分别是46.67%、86.67%、54.29%,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 AQP1和AQP8的表达可能与子宫颈癌的发生、发展和转移有关。Purpose To explore the expression and significance of AQP1 and AQP8 in cervical carcinoma.Methods The expression of AQP1 and AQP8 was detected in SiHa cell line by real-time PCR and immunofluorescence;the expression in 35 cases of cervical carcinoma,15 cases of CIN3 and 15 cases of chronic cervical inflammation by immunohistochemistry.Results Both AQP1 and AQP8 mRNA and protein were expressed in SiHa cell line;MVD revealed by AQP1 were 43.6±17.8,56.2±11.6 and 70.8±21.1,respectively,in chronic cervical inflammation group,CIN3 and cervical carcinoma.The difference among the three groups was significant（P0.05）;the positive rates of AQP8 were 46.67%,86.67% and 54.29%,respectively,in chronic cervical inflammation,CIN3 and cervical carcinoma.The difference was also significance（P0.05）.Conclusions Expression of AQP1 and AQP8 in cervical carcinoma may be related to the pathogenesis,development and metastasis of cervical carcinoma.
