摘  要:目的:利用螺旋CT技术与三维有限元方法建立上颌埋伏尖牙及其支持组织的三维有限元模型,模拟上颌埋伏尖牙正畸牵引的动态过程,从而为正畸临床牵引治疗埋伏牙提供基础实验依据。方法:选取一例上颌尖牙完全骨埋伏患者,利用螺旋CT设备,Mimics、UnigraPhic(UG)、MSC.Mentat等软件,建立埋伏牙及其支持组织的三维有限元模型,在建立的三维有限元模型上模拟牵引上颌埋伏尖牙移动的动态过程,画出埋伏牙牵引过程的时间-位移图。结果:①建立的上颌埋伏尖牙及牙周组织三维有限元模型具有良好几何相似性;②一个治疗周期内(28d),第一阶段(0~7d)埋伏牙移动0.589mm,第二阶段(8~21d)埋伏牙移动0.713mm,第三阶段(22~28d)埋伏牙移动0.276mm。结论:①利用螺旋CT扫描技术、Mimics、UG、MSC等工程软件建立的上颌埋伏尖牙三维有限元模型精确度较高,可以满足对埋伏牙进行模拟牵引加载的需求。②所得出的一个治疗周期内(28d)埋伏牙移动的时间-位移曲线图基本能反映埋伏牙的位移趋势。Objective:The three dimensional finite element model of a maxillary embedded canine and its supporting tissues was established using CT method and finite element method,and simulate dynamic course of tooth movement,consequently offer reference basis for clinic traction treatment.Method:A patient with a completely bone embedded maxillary canine was chosen,The three-dimensional finite element model of the canine and its surmunding tissues was established using CT equipment、Mimics、Unigraphie and MSC.Mentat,and dynamic course of tooth movement was simulated.Result:1.A similar model of maxillary embedded canine periodontium and its supporting tissues was established.2.In a period of tooth movement(28 d),the embedded canine moved 0.589 mm at the first stage(0~7 d),and 0.713 mm at the seeond stage(8~2l d),and 0.276 mm at the third stage(22~28 d).Conclusion:1.The FEM models of maxillary embedded canine established by CT、Mimics、UG and MSC have good degrees of accuracy and geometry similarity that can meet the needs of simulation loading.2.The graph of tooth movement in a period(28 d) can represent the movement trend of embedded tooth.
