摘  要:某连铸连轧集装箱板综合力学性能良好、晶粒均匀,但在冷弯检验时厚规格集装箱板(不小于3.5 mm)易出现冷弯裂纹,对冷弯裂纹试样采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜进行观察,分析了裂纹产生的原因。结果表明:热轧成品板中存在的皮下微裂纹导致了冷弯裂纹的产生,这种皮下微裂纹在铸坯中就已形成,其原因与铜元素富集有关。A continuous casting and rolling container plate performed good mechanical properties and uniform fine grain, but the thick container plate (≥3.5 mm) was easy to crack in the cold bending test. The cold bending crack specimens were observed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy and the formation causes of crack were analyzed. The results show that the cold bending crack was caused by subcutaneous microcrack in hot rolling plate, and this subcutaneous microcrack came from casting blank, the cause was in relation to copper element enrichment.
