摘 要:为研究离子注入对多环芳烃(Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,PAHs)修复植物的诱变效应,利用离子注入苜蓿草种,探讨了离子注入后苜蓿在不同含菲质量分数环境中的萌发率和芽根长度分布。结果发现,苜蓿萌发率随注入剂量的增大,呈"鞍形"曲线特征;以植物主根长度为诱变筛选条件,发现5×1015 cm-2为最佳注入剂量,筛出植株最长主根长度约10.32 cm。研究发现,苜蓿的萌发率随环境中菲含量的提高而降低,芽根长度被抑制;经过离子注入筛选后苜蓿对环境中PAHs抗逆性有所增强。To investigate mutagenic effects of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) degradation plant under phenanthrene stress and to test the germination level of alfalfa after ion-implantation alfalfa seeds were irradiated with N+ beam. The germination percentage and the root length distribution of alfalfa, which grew in environment with different mass fraction of phenanthrene was investigated, respectively. The results indicated that the relation of dose and germination rate was shown as "saddle" curve characteristic. It was found that the 5×10^15cm^-2 would be the best dose of implantation. And the longest root length was about 10.32 cm. The experiment also showed phenanthrene would have inhibitive effect on germination percentage and root growth of alfalfa. The stress resistance of PAHs with alfalfa could be enhanced by ion implantation.
