摘 要:在交流伺服系统中,干扰是影响系统性能的主要因素,常用干扰观测器来加以抑制,但干扰观测器需要依靠电动机的反馈转速来估算并补偿干扰。为了减少反馈转速的测量误差,提高干扰观测器的性能,在分析了原有几种速度测量方法的特点基础上,提出了一种在宽转速范围内测量精度都较高的速度测量方法,即同步测速法,并从分析T法能获得较高测量精度的原因出发,介绍了同步测速法的原理,同时针对该方法在低速或稳定状态时检测时间过长,以及因噪声电流和码盘光栅误差引起的速度脉冲无序变化而对测速精度产生影响等问题,对其算法进行了改进。最后通过仿真和实验验证了这种方法的有效性。The disturbance is the main factor which influences the performance of the AC servo system and is commonly suppressed by the disturbance observer, but the disturbance observer must depend upon the motor feedback velocity to estimate and to compensate the disturbance. Therefore, in order to reduce errors of the feedback velocity and to enhance the performance of the disturbance observer, this paper, based on having analyzed the character of three kinds of old velocity measurement methods, proposed a synchronous-measurement velocity method which could achieve high measurement accuracy, and introduced the principle of synchronous-measurement velocity method after the discussion of why T method could achieve high accuracy. Then, S method was modified because the long measurement time in low speed and steady state could influence the accuracy of measurement, as the same as the disordered pulse alterations did,which could be due to the noise in motor input current and nonunlformity of a scale. Finally, simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed method.
