结构参数对多喷管超声速引射器启动性能影响的数值仿真

摘  要:多喷管超声速引射器由于多股超声速一次流之间干扰严重会引入较大的能量损失,其启动压力较高且受引射器结构的影响较大,因此需要仔细考察其启动性能。采用三维雷诺平均方程RNG和k-ε双方程湍流模型,通过数值研究了引射喷管安装构型和引射管道型面对某矩形多喷管超声速引射器启动性能的影响。计算结果表明多喷管超声速引射器的结构对其启动性能影响较大,同时提出了适用于多喷管超声速引射器以提高其启动性能的结构。The starting pressure of multi-nozzle ejectors are relatively high due to the energy loss introduced by the interaction of primary flows, meanwhile, its starting performance is sensitive to the geometric parameters. The influence of the nozzle assembly configuration and the frame of the ejector duct on the starting performance of rectangular multi-nozzle ejectors were numerically investigated using 3-D average Reynolds equations and the wo-equation turbulent model. The results showed that geometric parameters had a strong effect on ejectors' starting performance, and also, the geometry which could give a better starting performance was suggested.
