细胞粘附分子CD44s在大肠癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞粘附分子CD44s蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用EnvisionTM免疫组化法,回顾性分析68例大肠癌组织中CD44s的表达情况。结果 CD44s蛋白在大肠癌中的阳性表达率为65.7%,其阳性表达率与肿瘤细胞分化程度、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移密切相关(均P<0.05)。Log-rank检验单因素生存分析结果显示,CD44s阴性、阳性患者的5年生存率分别为68.00%和53.49%,两者之间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 CD44s蛋白在大肠癌浸润转移中起重要作用,可作为一种辅助生物学指标来判断大肠癌浸润转移的潜能及预后。Objectlve To evaluate the expression of CD44s in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of CD44s in tumor tissues from 68 colorectal carcinoma patients were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of CD44s was 65.7% in colorectal carcinoma patients. There was significant correlation between positive rates of CD44s and Duke＇s stage, the differentiation of tumor, lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the 5-year survival rates were 68.00% and 53.49 % in CD44s negative cases and CD44s positive cases respectively. The differences between these 2 groups were significant （P 〈 0.05, Log-rank test）. Conclusions CD44s may play important roles in metastasis of colorecfal carcinoma, it can be considered as a bio-marker which determine invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer.
