摘　　要：文章总结由古至今经络与筋膜的发展关系。通过查阅文献,分析、归纳经络与筋膜的相关论述。结果发现:从经络的产生,综观其几千年的发展,经络与筋膜只是同一部位(物质)的不同认识角度,两者密不可分。随着"筋膜学"的提出,固有结缔组织已成为现代经络实质研究的重要靶向。Objective：Summarizing the development relations between fascia and meridian far from the ancient.Methods：Reviewing literature,analyzing and summarizing the discussion about fascia and meridian.Results：From the origin and development of fascia and meridian,it is just the different cognitive perspective of the same thing,the two are inseparable.Conclusion：With the proposed of science of fascia,inherent connective tissue has become an important target in the research of meridian essence in modern.
