益气活血中药配合化学药物治疗晚期胃癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血中药联合化学药物治疗晚期胃癌的疗效。方法:回顾性分析了2007年1月至2009年10月在北京中医医院肿瘤科收治的使用FOLFOX 4、XELOX方案治疗晚期胃癌患者72例。按照服用中药的情况分成治疗组(中药+化疗)38例、对照组(单纯化疗)27例。治疗组服益气活血中药,水煎日1剂,早晚2次服用,连续服用8周;FOLFOX 4方案:化疗采用草酸铂85mg/m2,d1;CF200mg/m2,d1、2,静脉滴注;5-FU400mg/m2d1、2,静脉冲入;5-FU600mg/m2,d1连续48h泵入;2周期后判定近期疗效。XELOX方案:奥沙利铂130mg/m2,静滴2h,第1d给药;卡培他滨1 000mg/m2,分2次口服,第1-14d给药;每3周重复。2个周期后判定近期疗效。结果:本组患者的总有效率(CR+PR)为43.0%,临床收益率70.8%。治疗组与对照组有效率(CR+PR)分别为47.5%,37.5%(P>0.05);而受益率(CR+PR+SD)分别为80.0%、59.4%(P<0.05)。且治疗组益气活血中药既可以改善患者的血液高凝状态、提高患者的细胞免疫功能,又可以改善患者的生活质量。结论:益气活血中药联合化学药物治疗晚期胃癌有较好的疗效。Objective：Investigate the effect of herbs for replenishing qi and activating blood circulation combined with chemical in treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods and Materials：Retrospective analysis of 65 patients with advanced gastric cancer used FOLFOX4,XELOX potions in the treatment during the January 2007 to October 2009 treated at the oncology department of Beijing traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.According to the case of taking traditional Chinese medicine,patients were divided into treatment group（TCM ＋ chemotherapy） in 38 cases and the control group（chemotherapy alone） in 27 cases.Among them,herbs for replenishing qi and activating blood circulation,decoction at a dose per day,taking morning and evening,for 8 weeks;FOLFOX4 options：chemotherapy with oxaliplatin 85mg/m2,d1;CF 200mg/m2,d1,2,intravenous drip;5-FU400mg /m2,d1,2,into the vein;5-FU 600mg/m2,d1 pump for 48 hours Income;Term effect determined after 2 cycles.XELOX program：Oxaliplatin 130mg/m2,intravenous infusion of 2h,administered on day 1;capecitabine 1 000mg/m2,2 times orally administered on days 1-14;repeated every 3 weeks.Determine the curative effect after 2 cycles.Results：The total effective rate of patients（CR ＋ PR） was 43.0%,clinical benefit rate of 70.8%.The effective rate of the two groups（CR ＋ PR） was 47.5%,37.5%（P 0.05）;the benefit rate（CR ＋ PR ＋ SD） were 80.0%,59.4%（P0.05）.Herbs for replenishing qi and activating blood circulation can improve the blood coagulation status of patients,and improve the cellular immune function of patients,also can improve the life quality of patients.Conclusion：FOLFOX4/XELOX for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer is effective,safe.Herbs for replenishing qi and activating blood circulation combined chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer proved a good effect.
