摘　　要：本文以某应急中心的数字录音系统设计与工程实施为例，详细地介绍了高可用主动VoIP录音系统的设计原则与目标、系统架构与各个应用组件的功能特点，特别是相关系统高可用的冗余设计，以及工程实施中软硬件设备的选型配置、实施流程。Taking the design and implementation of the digital recording system for an emergency center for example, the paper describes the design principles and objectives, system architecture and functional characteristics of the various application components of high availability and active VoIP recording system, in particular, the redundant design of related systems, the selection of hardware and software configuration, and implementation process are also introduced.
