摘 要:通过高浓度丁醇浸泡处理丙酮丁醇梭菌(Clostridium acetobutylicum)CL-2,筛选得到一株丁醇耐受能力提高并溶剂产量增加的菌株BR30-2,丁醇产量达11.77g/L,比CL-2提高了16.65%。以BR30-2作为出发菌株,进行N^+束注入诱变,筛选得到高产菌株BH-9,丁醇产量达14.51g/L,总溶剂为23.14g/L。在BH-9发酵过程中添加0.1%丁酸钠,丁醇产量达到16.59g/L,丁醇比例提高至67.38%。A higher butanol tolerance and butanol-yielding strain BR30-2 was screened from Clostridium acetobutylicum CL-2 after treated with high concentration butanol steeping and its output of butanol reached 11.77 g/L, increased by 16.65% than that of CL-2. Using BR30-2 as the starting strain for further mutation of N+ beam implantation, a high butanol-yielding strain BH-9 was obtained, its butanol yield was as high as 14.51 g/L and the solvent yield was 23.14 g/L. After adding 0.1% sodium butyrate into the media during the fermentation by mutant BH-9, the output of butanol reached 16.59 g/L and the butanol ratio was up to 67.38 %.
