摘 要:选取东北地区典型湖泊镜泊湖为研究对象,通过室内模拟实验,测定了水体总磷(TP)、溶解性总磷(TDP)、水溶性磷酸盐(DRP)、碱性磷酸酶等指标,初步探讨了微生物对沉积物中有机磷的矿化影响。结果表明,相对于灭菌处理,未灭菌处理中总磷的浓度明显提高,两种处理沉积物有机磷的含量均表现出下降趋势,而溶解性总磷和溶解性磷酸盐的含量则在后期下降趋势明显,但未灭菌处理比灭菌处理各指标具有更高的下降幅度;在中前期,未灭菌处理中碱性磷酸酶活性明显高于灭菌处理,说明微生物对沉积物有机磷的影响较大,且碱性磷酸酶的活性和水体中磷浓度存在响应关系。In order to investigate characteristics of organic phosphorus in lake sediments,Jingpo Lake was selected as a typical lake in northeast plain and mountain lakes region,a laboratory simulation experiment of organic phosphorus mineralization was conducted,and the total phosphorus(TP),total dissolved phosphate(TDP),soluble phosphate(DRP),alkaline phosphatase and other indicators in water samples were determined during experiment.The concentration of TP in water by sterilizing was higher than that of the treatment without sterilizing,while TDP and DRP were lower at the final stage of experiment in two treatments.Organic phosphorus(OP) was declined during the whole experiment period in two treatments,and there was a significant correlation between the concentration of OP and mineralization time.Alkaline phosphatase activity without sterilizing increased obviously,compared with sterilizing treatment at the initial and middle stage of the experiment,a responsive relationship between phosphorus concentration and alkaline phosphatase activity in water was confirmed.
