摘　　要：未成年学生在校期间发生人身伤害案件,是学校日常教学管理工作中时常遇到又难以回避的事实。一旦发生了未成年学生人身伤害事件,如何运用法律手段妥善处理纠纷,维护学校的合法权益和正常教学秩序,则是校方应理性对待的重大问题。判断未成年学生校园伤害案件中校方是否构成法律责任应从法律关系、归责原则、过错认定等方面综合解析。It is an unavoidable fact that personal injury cases often occur to minor students during the school time in schools＇ daily teaching management. In case of personal injury cases of minor students, how to use legal means to handle properly disputes and safe- guard schools＇legitimate rights and interests and regular school teaching order is a major problem for the school. For injury cases of minor students on campus, how to determine whether schools have liabilities should be based on the comprehensive analysis of legal relatious, the principle of attribution, fault identification, etc.
