摘 要:提出了一种基于啮合点的复杂轮系传动比快速计算方法。将复杂轮系分解为若干个轮系单元,根据"转化机构"法的基本原理,列出每个轮系单元的啮合方程,从而通过求解联立方程组计算出轮系传动比。分别讨论了定轴轮系、3K型周转轮系、2K-H型周转轮系及复杂轮系传动比的计算,并得出了定轴轮系和周转轮系之间的关系,把定轴轮系和周转轮系传动比的计算统一起来。啮合点法为求解复杂轮系传动比提供了一种方便、高效、通用的方法。A fast calculation method of transmission ratio for complex gear trains based on gear meshing point is put forward.The complex gear trains solved are decomposed into several simple gear train units.According to the basic principle of transforming mechanism,meshing equation of each gear train unit is established,and transmission ratio of gear train can be calculated by solving the simultaneous formulas.The calculation methods of transmission ratio of the fixed axis gear trains,3K type epicyclic gear trains,2K-H type epicyclic gear trains, complex gear trains are discussed respectively.The relationship between the fixed axis gear trains and the epicyclic gear trains is deduced,which could unify calculating transmission ratio of them organically.In a word,the gear meshing point method adopted to solve the transmission ratio of complex gear trains has advantages of general,convenient operation,high efficient calculation,and so on.
