摘  要:利用集中质量分析法,视传动轴为弹性体、万向节为刚体,建立了十字轴万向节串联轴系扭振分析的等效模型。根据该等效模型,在考虑万向节的传动效率和传动轴的阻尼等条件下,推导了轴系的扭振分析动力学方程。在此基础上分析了中间传动轴刚度和轴间夹角分别对轴系振动角速度响应、传动精度和传动比的影响。通过实例对比分析了不同传动轴刚度和轴间夹角对串联轴系扭转振动影响。研究结果对用于飞机上的十字万向节串联轴系中如何降低轴系质量、减小扭振具有指导意义。Based on concentration mass method,torsion vibration equivalent model of shafting system with multiple cardan joints is established,as well as torsion vibration dynamical equations of shafting system are presented by considering the transmission efficiency of cardan joints and the damper of transmission shafts.Accordingly,the effect of the stiffness of intermediate shafts and the angle between shafts on the response of shafting system angular velocity,the transmission accuracy and the transmission ratio are analyzed.Finally,the effect of different stiffness of shafts on shafting system is analyzed by instance solution.It provides theoretical references for keeping the torsion vibration of shafting systems used in aeroplane under restraint in its design,and for reducing the mass of driveline.
