摘 要:通过采用Cosmos对EBZ255掘进机升降臂在3种工况下的有限元分析,得出其应力、变形和安全系数云图,结果表明,升降臂在工作过程中应力分布总体较为均匀,但在升降臂与回转台的销孔位置处存在应力集中现象,局部强度富余较大,为该机的改进及优化设计提供指导。Finite element analysis was made to the lifting arm of EBZ255 roadheader at three different conditions by using Cosmos, and the stress, deformation, and safety factor clouds were obtained. The results showed that the lifting arm in the overall work process had a uniform stress distribution, but there was a stress concentration at the pin hole location between lifting arm and the rotary table, and there was greater strength surplus in some areas. This analysis provides guidance for the improvement and optimization of the EBZ255 roadheader design.
