摘  要:为探讨碳、氮源对竹黄子座形成过程和无性菌丝体发酵产生竹红菌素A的影响,对野生竹黄生长季节子座生长部位与非生长部位的碳、氮源含量差异,以及竹黄菌丝体发酵产生竹红菌素A对碳、氮源的不同需要进行了试验分析。结果表明:竹黄生长部位能提供丰富氮源可能是其组织特异性生长的主要原因之一;高碳源浓度有利于提高菌丝体生物量,但不能提高竹红菌素A的含量;本试验条件下使用有机氮源能获得更好的菌丝体生长,但无机氮源NH4NO3和(NH4)2SO4对提高菌丝体重及竹红菌素A含量有更好的贡献。Contents of carbon and nitrogen sources at growing site and non-growing site on host bamboo were analyzed during Shiraia bambusicola growing season,and requirement of the mycelium fermentation for HA yield on the carbon and nitrogen sources were also studied to discuss basic nutrition for the fungal stroma development and HA yield.The results showed that rich nitrogen at the growing site would be one of the important reasons for tissue specificity of the stroma.Higher carbon source concentration was beneficial to increase mycelium biomass,but nonsense for higher content of HA.Organic nitrogen was useful for better growth of the mycelium,but inorganic nitrogen,NH4NO3 and(NH4)2SO4 was contribute to higher HA content in weight of the mycelium.
