摘　　要：目的:探讨大鼠慢性前列腺炎(Chronic prostatitis,CP)模型长期造模后对前列腺形态学改变的影响。方法:选取SD大鼠,于0、30 d腹腔分别注射百白破疫苗,同时皮下多点注射20 g/L的大鼠前列腺蛋白提纯液及完全福氏佐剂(Freundg com-plete adjuvant,FCA),第45、60、90、120天取材观察各组大鼠前列腺组织的形态学变化。结果:造模后不同时段前列腺组织学变化具有差异性。造模45 d后前列腺间质毛细血管周围出现淋巴细胞浸润,上皮细胞间隙增宽;60 d和90 d后,间质水肿明显,出现肥大细胞浸润;造模后120 d出现间质纤维化,腺腔扩张等病理变化。结论:长期造模的不同时段可反映CP不同的病理学变化过程,提示大鼠CP模型不同时间段可分别用于不同病理生理阶段的发病机理和临床治疗研究。Objective：To study the morphological changes of prostates in long-time prostatitis rat models at different stages.Methods：Male Sprague Dawley rats were intradermally immunized with pertussis-diphtheria-tetanus vaccine 0.5 ml combined with the saline extract of rat prostate glands（RPG） in concentrations of 20 mg/ml and Freundg complete adjuvant（FCA） i.P at the 0 and 30th day.Animals were sacrificed after 45 days,60 days,90 days and 120 days.Morphological changes of prostates were observed under light and electron microscope.Results：After 45 days,the lymphocytes were observed around the capillary vessels in intercellular substance of prostates;the intercellular spaced of epithelia were widened;interstitial edema and mast cell were apparent after 60 days and 90 days.The Interstitial fibrosis and dilatation of prostate lumens were remarkable after 120 days.Conclusion：The present study established all the pathological stages of chronic prostatitis and suggested that the chronic prostatitis models at different stages could be used for studying the mechanism of CPPS at different pathophysilogical stages and providing refrence for their clinical treatment.
