摘 要:为了揭示杜仲叶中几种主要活性成分的含量变化规律,本研究采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了不同时期杜仲叶内3种主要活性成分的含量。结果表明:3种主要活性含量有较为明显的季节变化,京尼平苷酸、绿原酸以6月5日所采批次样品平均含量(4.73%0,3.92%)为最高,京尼平苷以5月5日所采批次样品平均含量为最高(0.15%)。从3种成分含量和叶片产量的角度进行分析比较,就绿原酸、京尼平苷酸和京尼平苷的利用而言,杜仲叶的适宜采收时期为5月20日~6月20Et。To reveal the seasonal variation rule of several major active components contents in leaves of Eucommia ulmoides, the contents of three major leaf active components in Eucommia ulmoides leaves of different growth periods were detected by RP-HPLC. The results show that relatively evident seasonal variation was observed in the three major components. The average contents of geniposidic acid and chlorogenic acid were detected highest in leaves batch of June 5th, while content of geniposide were detected highest in leaves batch of may 5th. Under comprehensively considered the contents of three active constituents and the yield of leaf, when the GPA, CA, GP were the main using objects, the suitable harvesting period was range from June 20th to July 20th.
