摘　　要：大学生就业指导是一项专业性、实践性、综合性很强的工作,必须调动校内外各种积极因素才能做好这项工作。因此,需从全程化、全员化的角度出发,对大学生职业发展与就业指导课程进行建设。The task of college students＇ employment guidance is so professional,practical,and comprehensive that all these positive factors within the college have to be mobilized to help accomplish well.In this paper,several feasible suggestions are proposed concerning course construction of college students＇ career development and employment guidance from the perspective of the whole process and all personnel model.
