酿酒葡萄冬季修剪反应的研究

摘　　要：通过对法引赤霞珠（Ｃａｂｅｒｎｅｔ Ｓａｕｖｉｇｎｏｎ）、霞多丽（Ｃｈａｒｄｏｎａｙ）等１５ 个酿酒葡萄品种采用不同的冬季修剪方法，从萌芽率、果枝率、结果系数等方面较系统地研究了其对修剪的反应。结果表明，作为供试栽培品种的预备枝，采用单、双芽修剪效果好；对结果母枝采用３～４ 芽的修剪，适合于大多数供试品种；中、长梢修剪（５ 芽以上）会造成严重的结果部位外移和内部光秃。A research is conducted on the reaction of 15 wine grape varieties introduced from France to winter prune about sprout percent,fruit percent and fruit coefficient.The results show that the effect of single and dual buds pruning is best as replacing branch.The effect of 3-4 buds pruning suits for most wine grape varieties studied.The middle and long branch pruning (≥5 buds) results in fruit branch shifting outwards and inside bareness of tree.
