摘  要:目前制动器惯性台架大都采用直流电机驱动和纯机械模拟的方法,该方法存在反应速度慢、惯量调整困难、模拟精度低等缺点.为此,基于机械模拟和电模拟相结合的方法,采用交流电机驱动和矢量变频调速技术,设计出一台能够实现反应速度快、惯量无级调整的汽车制动器惯性台架.详细介绍了该台架的基本原理、总体结构、技术参数以及交流电机的选择.最后,通过设计出的台架进行了实测验证,结果证明该台架惯量误差远小于汽车制动器性能台架试验标准中规定的误差,极大提高了模拟精度,达到了设计要求,可以应用到实际生产中.Most of the current brake inertia benches adopt DC motor drive and purely mechanical simulation method,and they have disadvantages of slow response, inertia adjustment difficulties, low simulation accuracy. To overcome these shortcomings, based on methods of the mechanical simulation and electric simulation combination and adopting the technology of the vector frequency conversion, an automobile brake inertia bench that can achieve fast response and stepless ad- justment was designed. This paper describes the basic principle of the bench, the overall structure, technical parameters and the choice of AC motor. Finally, the bench was used in the test and verification, the results show that the inertia error of bench is far less than that specified in the vehicle brake bench performance test standards. This design greatly improve simulation accu- racy, achieves the design requirements, and can be applied to practical production.
