摘  要:在新型雷达装备的板级电路中,组合逻辑电路占据了相当大的比例,为了快速诊断板级组合逻辑电路故障,将伪穷举测试法用于故障诊断;在介绍穷举测试法基础上,详细阐述了伪穷举测试法的原理及分块方法;利用伪穷举测试法确定了某型雷达板级组合逻辑电路的测试矢量;建立了故障诊断测试平台;并以实例在平台上对雷达板级组合逻辑电路进行故障诊断.结果表明,该方法诊断准确性高,比其它方法更为快速有效,较好地解决了雷达板级组合逻辑电路故障诊断问题.The combinational logic circuits occupy a considerable proportion in board-grade circuits of the new type radar equipments. In order to recognize board-grade combinational logic circuit faults quickly, the pseudo-exhaustive test was adopted. On the basis of the introduction of exhaustive test, we provided a detailed description to the principle and the block division method of pseudo-exhaustive test, selected the test vectom of the hoard-grade combinational logic circuit of certain a type radar, structured the platform of fault diagnosis and test, and performed fault diagnosis with examples. The result shows that the diagnostic method has high- er accuracy, higher speed and more efficient than other methods, and that it can resolve the fault diagnosis problem of board-grade combinational logic circuits in new type radars.
