浅析家庭因素对大学生择业的影响

摘　　要：针对家庭因素对大学生择业影响所开展的问卷调查显示:学生的家庭是造就其素质以至影响职业生涯的主要因素之一,主要包括父母教育方式和家庭经济情况对大学生择业的影响。在家庭教育方面,为了使家长们能够更好的培养子女,应从辅导家长们提高文化素质、道德素质、教育思想素质和心理素质等方面入手,帮助家长系统地学习家庭教育的基础知识和技巧,更科学有效的对子女进行教育,正确的引导子女选择职业。同时,大学毕业生还应从个人、家庭、学校和社会的实际出发,确定好适合自己的目标,明确自身定位,努力提高自身的综合素质,从而实现职业理想。A questionnaire on influence of families on college students employment shows that students＇ families are one of main factors to develop their quality and to affect their employment.The research focuses on the influence of parents＇ education approach and family＇s economic conditions on students＇ employment.In family education,starting from imroving parents＇ cultural,virtual,ideological and psychological quality,this paper helps them systematically learn the basic knowledge and skills of family education,scientifically bring up their children,and offer effective suggestions on their employment.On the other hand,according to the situations of individual,family,college,and society,college students should reach their ideal occupation based on suitable target,required ability,and comprehensive qualities.
